  • I reviewed The Angel Stone by Juliet Dark (the third book in the Fairwick Chronicles trilogy) and gave it 4 stars

Not a lot going on this week other than work. I finished revisions on my holiday novella, my alpha reader finished her first read-through of it, and now I'm sending it off to beta readers! Eep! I chose the image for the cover and designed the mock-up, so now I just need to buy the image and get everything together. I'm aiming for November 5th as the publication date. I can't decide whether to do a big cover reveal where I ask bloggers for help, or just post the cover and hope people notice it lol. I hate always asking bloggers for help, especially since it won't be long before I do another cover reveal for my fourth novel, and I know I want that one to be bigger, so...I don't know. Thoughts?

How was your week? Did you get any new books? Have you read any good ones that you'd recommend? Tell me in the comments below or post a link to your Stacking the Shelves/Book Haul/In My Mailbox/Showcase Sunday, etc. Happy reading! <3

  1. You know I'm always game for promo posts and cover reveals and whatnot. I think you should at least do a cover reveal and then have some people do release day posts, maybe with a giveaway where the winner can win any one of your ebooks + the novella. Just a thought! <3

  11. Nice haul, Marie. If you don't want to do a big cover reveal for that specific book, you could see if a few bloggers would add a small CR in their Sunday Post, Weekly wrap-up, etc. I'll do it if you want.
