In My Mailbox Week 10

In My Mailbox is weekly meme hosted by Kristi over at The Story Siren.  The idea is to share books you've acquired during the week, whether you've won them, bought them, picked them up at the library, received them for review, whatever.  It's a great way to bring attention to books and authors and share the love!

No mail this week! Not a single thing! I could have cried...but I'm enjoying doing these videos so much that I went ahead and did one anyway to show off the book I bought and the book I got from the library.

What did you get in your mailbox?

  2. Hey sometimes I don't get anything as well. It happens to all of us at some point. I didn't get any review books last week. This week galley grab came and I was happy. Enjoy your books.

  3. Oh I'm loving your make over!
Aww I'm sorry your books didn't come, I had some not show up to and it's always disappointing :( I havent read the luxe yet, you'll have to let me know how it is when you ever get to it.

I'm reading my first paranormal book this month so should have my first entry for the challenge soon :)

  4. My week has been pretty slow too. I have some amazing things on their way, but I want to save them for sharing when they arrive. :) I've heard good things about Luxe. I hope you enjoy it!

  6. I had a no get week too. I don't see it as a downside, more as an opportunity to read some of the books I have piled around.

  8. This was the worst off-season EVER for hockey. I couldn't WAIT for the season to start again so there could be some non-awful news for a change. But...it does feel like it just ended. (Stinkin' Bruins)

I like Godberson's Beautiful Days much better than her Luxe series, but they're fun too! And if you like those, you might really enjoy a book I got this week - Spoiled. It's by the ladies who write the Fug Girls blog.

  9. My week was slow, too - but it's the first week I've gotten something in the mail, so I did a post anyway! I haven't watched any of True Blood OR read the Sookie Stackhouse books. I feel so out of the loop! haha, I want to read/watch them so bad.

  12. Sometimes a slow IMM week is good. Gives you time to catch up on the TBR pile!
