2015 Reading Challenge: Dive Into Diversity

After signing up for a gazillion reading challenges in 2013 and 2014, and losing track/interest after a few months, I decided I wouldn't sign up for any challenges in 2015. But then I saw the Dive Into Diversity challenge, and I decided to break my challenge ban. Why? Because diversity in books is important to me, and this is a way not only to discover new authors, books, and bloggers who write, read, and support diversity, but it's also a good chance to spread the word and encourage others to read and write diverse books. Everyone wins!

The 2015 Dive Into Diversity Reading Challenge is hosted by Reading Wishes and Rather Be Reading. It runs from January 1st, 2015 to December 31st. The idea is to write posts about diversity or read and review diverse books. There are no set numbers of books to complete, which is definitely a big draw for me, because I tend to lose track, and it eventually starts to suck the fun out of reading. The books can be diverse in any way - LGBTQ+ characters, POC characters, gender diversity, people of different religions or cultures, people with disabilities, etc. You can follow along using the hashtag #DiveDiversity.
