- I got personal and shared some of the things I’d talk about if we were having coffee, like grief, family, and turning 30
- I did a Top Ten Tuesday and featured the ten books I’m most looking forward to reading this winter
- I reviewed North Pole Reform School by Jaimie Admans and gave it 5 stars
- I reviewed Last Christmas by Talli Roland and gave it 4 stars
What you can expect next week on the blog: a few giveaways on Monday for my...*gulp*...30th birthday; a Top Ten Tuesday featuring ten authors who were new to me in 2013; an excerpt from North Pole Reform School by Jaimie Admans and a giveaway as part of the blog tour; and a fun Christmasy post or two.
Other than that, I finally started writing again this week; I spent some time with my six-month-old niece; I finished decorating for Christmas and did some Christmas shopping; I got a ton of reading done (I'm determined to make my 2013 goal and I only have 3 books left to go!); and I spent some time working on goals for 2014.
Thanks for stopping by! How
was your week? Did you get any new books? Have you read any good ones
that you'd recommend? Tell me in the comments below or post a
link to your Stacking the
Shelves/Book Haul/In My Mailbox/Showcase Sunday, etc. Happy reading! <3
