Jennifer Snyder’s Top Ten Sizzling Paranormal Summer Reads:

Summer is officially here. School is out. The nights are longer. It’s time to curl up with a tall glass of lemonade and a good book. Here’s my list of all-time favorite paranormal reads.

1) Blood and Chocolate by Annette Curtis Klause – best werewolf book I’ve read. Hands down.

2) Interview with the Vampire by Anne Rice – first book I ever read where I thought the movie was just as good. The entire Vampire Chronicles series is amazing as well.

3) Grey Eyes by Brandon Alston & Quinteria Ramey – incredibly interesting story line involving witches and vampires. The entire trilogy was engrossing.

4) Switched by Amanda Hocking – I’d never read a novel about trolls until this series.

5) Beautiful Demons by Sarra Cannon – Really interesting concept of cheerleaders, demons, and witches.

6) Devour by Shelly Crane – absolutely love the concept of a Devourer.

7) Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins – just recently read this and could not put it down! I have to say, it has one of the most original novel concepts I’ve encountered in a long time.

8) The Host by Stephanie Meyer – my favorite Meyer novel. This book actually made me cry at the end, first paranormal novel to ever do that.

9) Dark Visions by L. J. Smith – an oldie, but I love Gabriel.

10) Flight by Alyssa Rose Ivy – such an authentic New Orleans setting that it made me want to take a vacation there.

Sometimes who we really are lies buried just beneath the surface…
That’s my list, but don’t go yet…here’s TWO MORE sizzling paranormal summer reads you should check out:
After learning she’s inherited a house in the beachside town of Soul Harbor, Georgia, Addison Harmon and her best friend decided to take a much needed vacation before the pressures of life after high school suffocate them too heavily.
But what Addison finds isn’t a chance to recoup from a bad break up and hang out with her best friend while she decides what she wants to do with her future. What she finds is Kace Sullivan—a sexy guy she can’t seem to get enough of—someone who with one touch reveals a seductive world full of magick and secrets Addison isn’t sure she’s ready to be a part of.
(New Adult/Mature Young Adult: Contains sexual situations, mild language, and underage drinking.)
