I posted a Stacking the Shelves post/vlog with all the books I got in the last couple weeks.

This year my debut novel, Blue Sky Days, turned one! To celebrate the anniversary, I did four days of giveaways:

This past week I finished the first round of revisions for my third novel, Waiting for the Storm. My alpha reader did her first read-through, and after another one from both of us, I'll be sending the book out to beta readers. I talk more about that in my weekly writing update post on my author blog.

*I finished the mock-up for the cover of Waiting for the Storm and will be buying the rights to the image and finishing the cover soon. I've planned the cover reveal for February 4th-6th. *Not much else going on here. A lot of work, some errands, and that's about it. I haven't had much time for reading this last week (I failed miserably at Bout of Books 6.0), and I feel like my to do list just keeps growing and never getting smaller. I'm kind of stressed (ok really stressed and incredibly irritable the last few days because of it), but I'm hoping once the book goes out to beta readers, I can schedule some posts on the blog and just take a step back to relax and get some stuff done around the house.
