Molli’s ARC and publisher posts - here and here
Giselle’s ARC and publisher post - here
*Thank you so much girls for writing these posts. I meant to explain in the video that the reason I rambled on about requesting ARCs from publishers is that I want other people who are nervous to know they're not alone. It can be nerve-wracking, and you might get turned down, but you might also get to make connections with publishers and get some fantastic books. For anyone who's looking for great tips, whether you're a newbie or whether you've been blogging for a long time, check out Molli and Giselle's posts for help*

I also forgot to mention I have a couple giveaways going on:
The Book Love Giveaway Hop - win 1 of 16 ebooks
Kathy Coleman is giving away a book of your choice up to $12 to celebrate the cover/trailer/prologue reveal of her debut novel, Sealer’sPromise

A huge thank you to HarperCollins Canada, Kimberly from Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer, Wynne Channing, and Dark Mind Blog Tours

  2. Marie, you have clearly had a phenomenal two weeks and I'm extremely happy for you. :)

    1. Supernatural is good -- I haven't seen the whole series, but I did watch some of them with my aunt and we liked them.

    2. Congrats for having the courage to contact a publisher! I still haven't done this. I'm going to need to hunt for those posts you talked about. As for Under the Never Sky, I read it earlier this year on my Kindle and 5 starred it. I definitely can't wait for the sequel!

    3. The Iron Fey series -- I have all of them too. I'm so happy you got the boxed set (and must confess, I'm drooling over that poster. No, Kat, you CANNOT buy that! You own the books! You're room is a warzone. No! *laughs*)

    4. The stuff you won looks awesome. I love butterflies and think your necklace is really pretty. Enjoy!

Anyway, have a great week. :) I've got a zillion things I need to get done, so I'll end this here. Bye!

  6. 1) Belles is AWESOME. It's almost like a YA chick-lit. SO SO cute. I have got to get my hands on Winter White, because, YEAH!

    2) SS&D = me TWITCHING with anticipation for the sequel. Susan is SUCH a brave author and a great story-teller, too - as well as an amazing person!

    3) IRON FEY! EEE. Same as you, I started reading the first, loved it, then got distracted.

    4) UNSPOKEN! UNSPOKEN! AHHHHHH. I NEED a finished copy of that book in my life. Man, I loved the ARC I read SO much. Marie, you're going to fall in love with these characters.

    5) SUPERNATURAL! OMG. I LITERALLY applauded when you started mentioning it!!!!!! Aaaand now like a geek, I'm clapping and squee'ing. Oh lord.

    6) THROUGH THE EVER NIGHT. Oh damn. Oh it is GORGEOUS. I actually gasped when you held it up, Marie! And your squee'ing is cute! :D
