2012 A to Z Blogging Challenge: Quotes

Today's post is going to be quick, because it's mostly just pictures of quotes I like. I hope you enjoy them!

I've always said this. Most of the people I know who don't like to read have no imagination, so it's impossible for them to understand the appeal of getting lost in someone else's world.

This made me smile when I first saw it. As a Harry Potter fanatic, and someone who has spent countless hours daydreaming and wishing Hogwarts was a real place, this made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside lol

This is a huge motivator for me as I work at losing weight. Anyone who's ever gone through the journey of trying to lose a lot of weight knows what a nightmare it can be, and how difficult it can be. I've found myself looking at this often as a reminder that I can do it.

Do you have a favorite quote?

  1. I have a notebook next to my computer that I jot my favorite quotes in, lately, I'm partial to Einstein's quote "Everyone is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing it is stupid."

  2. I really like the "At any given moment..." one. I'm doing a whole month of quotes for the A-Z Challenge. :)

  4. I love these! But I do love me some good writing quotes in general. I post a bunch of 'em on my Facebook page, so I had to scroll down a bit and find a couple. :)

“The best revenge to someone who hates your books is to keep writing them.”

"Write better today than you did yesterday and better tomorrow than you did today... If you’re not a writer, something will stop you — your own doubts, hate from haters, a bad review, poor time management... whatever. If you’re a writer, you’ll write. And you’ll never stop to look back."
